Dear Praying Friends,
It has been a while since our last update.  As usual much has taken place and we have been busy.  Sara has a new ladies Bible study that started up last month.  She also has started our kids in school once again.  With a 4th grader, 2nd grader, and one spunky Kindergarten student, Sara has her hands full.  She is a blessing and I thank God so much for her.
Last month I took the second installment of a biblical counseling course.  It has been great to be challenged to lead people with biblical truths.  This course has opened my eyes to see how much biblical counseling is needed.  I've found that the Lord has already used this training to bless the work at Grace.  I am looking forward to the final two modules that are still to come.
As with many churches, we have finished our financial year and wrapped it up with our annual business meeting.  I praise the Lord for how He has provided and blessed Grace in the past year.  It has been amazing to see God bringing people in to services, and provided all the finances necessary to meet our responsibilities.
Last I want to share with you the service we had on Sunday the 30th of August.  Our service was lead by our teenagers.  They opened the service by welcoming everyone, reading the announcements, and reading Scripture.  Also, they lead the singing and played the piano for our worship time.  From set-up to clean-up they had a hand in the entire process.  God used them in a special way!  My prayer is that this can happen more often.
Thank you for taking the time to read this ministry update.  Could you right now take a moment to pray for Grace Baptist Church in Watsonia, Victoria?  Pray that God would protect His church.  Pray that He would grow Grace in the time and in the way He so desires.  Also pray that He would give me and my family wisdom as we serve these wonderful people here in Australia.  May God bless you.

In Christ,
